Services provided include: primary health care appointments (in office, online or via phone) including prescriptions refills, consultations to specialists, treatment of non-acute conditions (such as urinary tract infections, sinusitis, throat infections, cold/flu/viral illness, mild skin infections, etc), assessment, diagnosis and treatment of women's health care issues (including perimenopause and menopause care), medical weight loss, mental health (anxiety, depression, PTSD and PMDD), completion of medical assessments and forms for employment or school, and completion of disability paperwork and house calls/visits.

Services not provided at this time: pap tests, collection of swabs, blood work or urine testing.
